To celebrate St. Patrick's Day, my son made a print of Shamrocks to hang in our kitchen.
Materials
- green paint
- corks
- rubber-band
- paper
- brush
Steps
1. Gather all your materials.
2. Put some green paint on a tray.
3. Rubber-band the three corks together to create your 'stamp.'
4. Allow your child to dip the corks into the paint and stamp onto the paper to create shamrocks.
5. Paint the stems of the shamrocks with a brush.

Love this idea using corks. Even my bigger kids will have fun with this!
ReplyDeleteThanks. I had seen ones with marshmallows, too, but I think it would be too sticky for my liking.
DeleteI do love this idea. Just not sure how to get my hand on corks. Thanks for sharing on Throwback Thursday, and for sharing my button. Just wanted to let you know that your post is this week's featured post.
ReplyDeleteI actually had some saved from my old job. They would often entertain potential donors with fancy lunches and dinners.
