Today I want to share some of the supplies I have to assist me in my Bible Journaling.
My new sketchbook with the markers, pens, and pencils I have been using to journal. |
The book offers ides for tracing, drawing, and patterning, techniques for using stamps, stencils, colored pencils, watercolors, acrylic paint, washi tape, stickers and die cuts, and discusses page prep to prevent bleed-through.
A look inside the book. |
The book offers several different artist profiles to help introduce you to new ideas. |
Some of the artists profiled include Shanna Noel of
Illustrated Faith,
Valerie Sjodin, and Rebecca Rios of
Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps.
There are several pages of stickers as well as tags to mark off the books of the Bible. |
There are pages of words and images to help you get started. |
Vellum designs that you can put right into your Bible. |
My attempt using one of the lettering techniques - Build-Up Romans. |
I joined up with the following blog(s):
I really like the "do not fret" picture and verse at the present moment while I wait for my husband to come home from a work in a blizzard in Wisconsin. Thank you for the encouragement.
ReplyDeleteThank you...it is often something I reminding myself - "do not fret" as I am a worrier myself.
